안소연은 비평 모음집 『글과 종이』(헤적프레스, 2024)를 출간하면서 “비평”이라는 실천과 “책”이라는 매체를 연결하여 비평적 매체의 유동성을 실험했다. “글과 종이”는, 비평가로서 비평이란 무엇이며 그것은 어떻게 시간과 장소를 이동하며 자신을 지속적으로 드러낼 수 있을까 하는 개인적인 문제의식에서 출발한 화두다. 이번 북토크에서는 『글과 종이』라는 한시적 상태의 책을 통해, 개별적인 비평의 글들이 창작과 비평의 관계를 교차하면서 비평적 통찰의 여러 층위를 살필 수 있는 자리가 되었으면 한다. 무엇보다 “글과 종이”에 관한 비평적 실험에 특별한 자극과 도움을 주었던 작가 김온이 북토크에 함께 해 창작과 비평의 관계 안에서 이루어진 여러 경험을 소개할 수 있을 것이다.
